It integrates HMI touch function and explosion-proof control components, empowering informatization and automation control systems in explosive hazardous sites.


The front panel can be customized with integrated explosion-proof reset buttons, emergency-stop buttons, selector switches and indicator lights to fulfill on-site operation and status indication. Featuring an integrated and elegant appearance, it fits various installation solutions for explosion-proof cabinets and operating consoles.


It adopts an all-metal explosion-proof body with complete whole-unit explosion-proof certification. Equipped with intrinsically safe explosion-proof touch screen, the touch panel is treated with anti-static technology to eliminate risks of electrostatic sparking, enabling direct touch operation within hazardous zones.


Flexible hardware configuration is available for processor, memory and storage to deliver powerful computing performance for diverse industrial application software. Dual Ethernet ports are built-in to support network redundancy, greatly enhancing network link reliability and client availability.


Adopting fanless architecture with unique high-efficiency passive heat dissipation design, it eliminates equipment failures caused by fan dust accumulation and aging, lowering long-term maintenance costs. Built on industrial-grade hardware, it features outstanding environmental adaptability and can run continuously and stably within a wide temperature range of -40℃ ~ +60℃.


Its explosion-proof design is applicable to explosive gas atmospheres Zone 1 & Zone 2, and explosive dust atmospheres Zone 21 & Zone 22. Fully compliant with explosion-proof standards, it serves as a safe and reliable all-in-one human-machine computing platform for industrial informatization and automation control under hazardous working conditions.
