Explosion-proof Robotic Systems

Liberating personnel from high-risk, repetitive, and harsh operational environments is the inevitable direction of industrial evolution. CNWINNEX Explosion-proof Robotic Systems Solution deploys certified autonomous robots to perform inspection, detection, and emergency response tasks, fundamentally achieving "safety through unmanned operations."

Our robotic product matrix includes explosion-proof wheeled, rail-guided, and quadruped robots, all ATEX/IECEx certified for II gas environments. Equipped with multi-gas detectors, thermal imagers, acoustic imagers, and other sensors, they autonomously or remotely access restricted areas such as tank farms, pipe racks, and reactor perimeters for 24/7 uninterrupted data acquisition and intelligent analysis. The Robot Management Platform (RMP) centrally schedules resources, manages mission plans, and employs machine learning algorithms to compare historical data and identify abnormal trends in equipment condition.

This is more than replacing humans with machines; it is a digital transformation of operations and maintenance (O&M) models. At Asia's largest underground salt cavern gas storage facility, our robotic system replaced manual daily inspections, increasing coverage from 70% to 100% while reducing personnel exposure to high-risk environments by 95%. Robots provide standardized, comparable time-series data, offering a scientific basis for predictive maintenance. In emergencies, they act as "first responders," entering the scene to reconnaissance and relay critical information, dramatically enhancing safety response capabilities.

Core Value:

  • Achieve zero personnel injury by completely eliminating human exposure in extreme hazardous environments

  • Enable data-driven intelligent O&M with continuous, objective asset health data for predictive maintenance

  • Enhance emergency response with crucial first-hand site intelligence for incident management.
