CNWINNEX Overseas Successfully Delivery News | Batch ATEX Explosion-Proof Air Conditioners Delivered to UAE on April 22, 2026

On April 22, 2026, CNWINNEX completed full-cycle manufacturing, multi-round explosion-proof performance testing and reinforced sea freight packaging, and successfully delivered a bulk of ATEX-certified explosion-proof air conditioners to our UAE client. Customized for year-round high temperature and sandy harsh climate in the Middle East, the units feature a wide ambient operating temperature range of -7℃ to 55℃, capable of stable operation under extreme summer heat in UAE, ideal temperature control equipment for hazardous oil, gas and chemical plants.

List of Delivered Models

BKT-7.5(F) ATEX Split Wall-Mounted Explosion-Proof Air Conditioner, cooling capacity: 7.5KW

BKT-7.5(F) High cooling capacity split wall-mounted explosion-proof air conditioner, cooling capacity: 9KW

BKT-7.5(C) ATEX Integrated Window Type Explosion-Proof Air Conditioner

All models are engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, fully compliant with international explosion-proof standards including EN IEC60079-0+AC2020, EN 60079-1:2014, EN60079-2015+A1:2017, EN 60079-11:2012, EN 60079-31:2014, with official EU ATEX certificates, ensuring safe and reliable operation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres.

Equipped with enlarged & thickened heat exchangers, high-temperature resistant compressors and anti-corrosion casings, the units support stable operation from -7℃ up to 55℃ ambient temperature. They maintain full cooling performance under persistent high temperatures above 50℃ common in the Middle East, resist sand erosion and rust, and support 24/7 non-stop industrial operation.

Core Highlights of This Delivery

Complete EU ATEX certification to meet GCC project access requirements

The whole unit holds full ATEX explosion-proof qualification covering flameproof, intrinsic safety and dust protection standards, complying with mandatory equipment access rules for oil refineries, chemical workshops and labs in UAE and other GCC countries.

Wide temperature range design customized for Middle Eastern hot climate

Operating ambient temperature range: -7℃ ~ 55℃. The refrigeration system is optimized for extreme high summer temperatures in the Middle East to guarantee stable cooling output; the unit casing is resistant to sand and corrosion, perfectly suited for outdoor and semi-outdoor hazardous working areas locally.

Diversified models for various installation conditions

BKT-7.5(F) split wall-mounted unit adopts separated indoor & outdoor layout for flexible installation; BKT-7.5(C) window integrated unit requires simple piping for plug-and-play installation. Two cooling capacities (7.5KW & 9KW) satisfy cooling demands of small and medium-sized hazardous workshops and control rooms.

Strict full-process quality control & one-stop export support

All units pass multiple factory tests for explosion safety, cooling efficiency and insulation tightness. Complete English versions of ATEX certificates and operation manuals are provided. Reinforced ocean freight packaging prevents damage during long-distance maritime transportation for smooth delivery.

The successful delivery to UAE demonstrates strong market competitiveness of CNWINNEX wide-temperature-range ATEX explosion-proof air conditioners in the high-temperature hazardous market of the Middle East, earning full recognition from overseas clients for our delivery capacity and R&D strength on customized high-temperature explosion-proof HVAC equipment. Moving forward, CNWINNEX will continuously upgrade the full lineup of explosion-proof HVAC products, supplying wide-temperature, high-safety temperature control solutions for global high-risk industries including oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and military sectors.
