Adhering to the design philosophy of "Explosion-proof, Efficient, Energy-saving, and Environmentally Friendly," it features a compact structure, quiet operation, high reliability, energy efficiency, and superior explosion-proof performance. It is widely used for air temperature and humidity regulation in industries such as defense, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, and scientific research, as well as in hazardous locations where explosive atmospheres may be formed by mixtures of air and flammable gases or vapors of Groups IIA, IIB, and Temperature Classes T1-T4.

It has passed inspection by the National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Explosion-protected Electrical Products and obtained the explosion-proof certification. ● High Efficiency: Utilizes internationally renowned hermetic scroll compressors for quiet and efficient operation. The heat exchanger employs inner-grooved copper tubes and hydrophilic corrugated aluminum fins, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and the unit's overall energy efficiency ratio.
● Energy Saving: Unique system design and control logic allow the air conditioner's operation mode to adapt to changes in annual working conditions, enhancing the unit's seasonal energy efficiency ratio. It can introduce outdoor fresh air as needed by users. Simultaneously, the unit features a heat recovery function, which reduces operating costs, minimizes equipment investment, saves indoor space, and improves air quality. Additionally, an interface for an energy recovery ventilator can be reserved per user requirements. During transitional seasons and winter, if indoor cooling and ventilation are needed, the unit can introduce cold outdoor air indoors for ventilation and cooling, thereby reducing the main unit's load and lowering energy consumption.

An explosion-proof air conditioner is a specialized HVAC unit designed for hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts are present (e.g., petrochemical plants, gas stations, paint booths, pharmaceutical labs).
The most critical difference from a standard air conditioner lies in “active ignition prevention.” Standard units generate tiny sparks during normal operation – such as when relays open/close, compressors start/stop, or circuits make/break. While safe in normal air, these sparks can be deadly in an explosive atmosphere.

For high-temperature regions such as the Middle East or areas with extreme summer heat, we offer custom units rated for ambient temperatures up to 60°C (140°F) , ensuring reliable operation without overload in harsh tropical climates. For cold regions, we offer custom units rated for ambient temperatures as low as -50°C (-58°F) , guaranteeing safe operation in extreme arctic conditions.
