This series of explosion-proof air conditioning units incorporates specialized explosion-proof design and processing technologies, offering a wide capacity range. Utilizing a complete set of high-quality, name-brand refrigeration components and precision engineering, the units ensure excellent overall performance, reliable operation, and low noise levels. They are widely applicable in explosive hazardous areas where flammable gases, vapors, or air mixtures of Groups IIA, IIB, IIC, and Temperature Classes T1 to T4 may be present, such as in scientific research, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, processing, manufacturing, and biological industries, meeting environments with stringent temperature control requirements.
The products have passed China's National Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, obtaining the required explosion-proof certification. They are also ATEX certified, complying with EU Directive 2014/34/EU and relevant EN standards. The series boasts an aesthetic appearance, rational design, and easy installation and maintenance. Featuring microprocessor control and digital display, they are user-friendly and exhibit stable performance.

● Fan & Motor: Incorporates advanced explosion-proof centrifugal fans with dynamically balanced impellers for smooth, quiet operation with minimal vibration. Motors run quietly and reliably.
● Structural Design: The casing is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel with a polyester powder coating or embossed aluminum plate, providing corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance. The frame structure is lined with soundproofing and thermal insulation material to minimize cooling loss. An open design facilitates easy maintenance.
● Electrical & Control: Major electrical components are from well-known domestic and international brands. Electrical control components are housed within a flameproof enclosure type "d" control box. The microprocessor controller ensures precise temperature and humidity control, while intelligent logic guarantees stable and economical operation.
● Flexible Installation: Outdoor units can be installed on rooftops, balconies, or ground level. Indoor units (direct air supply type) can be positioned to optimize air circulation, suitable for large spaces.

An explosion-proof air conditioner is a specialized HVAC unit designed for hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts are present (e.g., petrochemical plants, gas stations, paint booths, pharmaceutical labs).
The most critical difference from a standard air conditioner lies in “active ignition prevention.” Standard units generate tiny sparks during normal operation – such as when relays open/close, compressors start/stop, or circuits make/break. While safe in normal air, these sparks can be deadly in an explosive atmosphere.

For high-temperature regions such as the Middle East or areas with extreme summer heat, we offer custom units rated for ambient temperatures up to 60°C (140°F) , ensuring reliable operation without overload in harsh tropical climates. For cold regions, we offer custom units rated for ambient temperatures as low as -50°C (-58°F) , guaranteeing safe operation in extreme arctic conditions.
