Winnex Explosion-Proof Analysis Cabin
Winnex explosion-proof analysis cabin is mainly used to realize the explosion-proof treatment of centralized control, dispatching intelligence, process analysis, and instrument monitoring on the user's site. With the development of technology, the standardized and professional design of the explosion-proof analysis cabin makes on-site installation and maintenance more convenient, and provides a good operating and operating environment for the instrument, and is increasingly used in process equipment and enterprise safety. It is an explosion-proof industrial product that can be widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, and oil refining, as well as hazardous places such as Zone I and Zone II. As long as electricity and gas are provided on site, the explosion-proof analysis cabin can work safely, stably, and reliably in hazardous places, and the staff performing operations in the cabin can also be guaranteed to be safe.
Installation of user components
1. Since the power distribution system components in the cabin are installed by the user, the user must install and debug in the safe area。
2. The electrical components on any panel of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabin must not be removed to avoid affecting the airtightness of the cabin.
3. A low-voltage interlocking contactor is installed in the positive pressure chamber. The user should interlock the power supply of the main distribution system through the low-voltage interlocking contactor so that when the pressure in the positive pressure chamber is too low, the main distribution power supply is cut off through the contactor.
4. When wiring, the user should pay attention to the sealing of each incoming and outgoing cable, and use explosion-proof glue to make appropriate sealing treatment according to the tightness of each cable.
5. After the user completes the wiring and Commissioning, when closing the door of each explosion-proof positive pressure room, it must ensure its sealing performance.
6. The explosion-proof positive pressure room must connect the grounding wire to the special grounding screw as required.
Commissioning of the automatic control part
Ø Before commissioning, it is necessary to check whether all parts of the room are intact, whether there is any impact on the explosion-proof performance, whether the wiring is correct, whether the manual valve is open, etc. After the inspection is completed to ensure that everything is normal, commissioning can be carried out.
Ø The commissioning method should be carried out strictly according to the procedure: close the door for commissioning, after configuring the gas source, turn on the power, open the air intake valve completely, press the start button to open the air intake solenoid valve, enter the ventilation state, and count down for 30 minutes.
Ø After the timing ventilation is over, when the pressure value is greater than 100Pa, the sensor monitors the pressure value of the positive pressure chamber and displays it in the system window. The air intake solenoid valve is closed, and the air is replenished in the cabin through the solenoid valve bypass throttle valve, so that the pressure gauge is continuously stable at 70-100Pa, that is, the explosion-proof cabin enters the automatic operation state, and at the same time, the "contactor" in the positive pressure chamber is powered, and the main circuit can be powered and can work normally, that is, the Commissioning is completed.
Ø During use, when the pressure value is lower than 50Pa, the explosion-proof warning light will automatically alarm and enter the underpressure alarm state. When the air intake fault is not eliminated and the pressure in the cabin is lower than 25Pa, the automatic system will cut off the main power supply of the positive pressure chamber; the system will always be in the underpressure alarm state (the "mute" button can be pressed to release the alarm), which is the low-voltage protection and electrical interlocking process.
Ø When the pressure in the positive pressure chamber is higher than 400pa, the pressure limiting valve opens. After a period of time, the internal air pressure of the positive pressure chamber gradually decreases, so that the pressure in the explosion-proof room is limited to the normal pressure range, and the valve is closed. This is the high-pressure limiting protection process.
Ø When the explosion-proof room leaves the factory, all parameters are basically set. Users should not change the parameters without authorization. In addition, when Commissioning, users should pay close attention to the smooth flow of instruments, automatic control lines and sampling pipelines.
