Applicable environment of explosion-proof variable frequency air conditioner

The difference and characteristics between explosion-proof variable frequency air conditioner and explosion-proof ordinary air conditioner:
1. The compressor operating frequency of explosion-proof ordinary air conditioner is fixed, the pressure of pipeline and the operating current of compressor are basically unchanged, while the compressor operating frequency of explosion-proof variable frequency air conditioner changes with the indoor temperature, so that the compressor operating current and pipeline pressure also change.
2. The power cord of ordinary air conditioner only supplies power to the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner, so sometimes when the outdoor unit is abnormal, the indoor unit can work normally, and it can supply power to the indoor and outdoor units separately. The indoor, indoor and outdoor unit circuit boards of the inverter air conditioner adopt a single-line serial two-way communication method. Therefore, when the AC line connection, 300V power supply circuit, communication circuit, and microprocessor circuit are abnormal, resulting in abnormal communication, the air conditioner will enter the protection state.
3. The filter capacitor capacity of the 300V power supply circuit of the explosion-proof inverter air conditioner is relatively large.
4. After the refrigerant of the explosion-proof ordinary air conditioner leaks, the amount of refrigerant to be added is not very strict, and a certain error is allowed, while the explosion-proof inverter air conditioner requires the amount of refrigerant to be added as accurately as possible, otherwise it may affect the cooling/heating effect; it may even cause the air conditioner to fail to work.
5. When judging whether the ordinary air conditioner is running normally, the motor terminal on the compressor housing can be directly powered. If the compressor is running, it means that the compressor is normal, otherwise it means that the compressor is abnormal. The explosion-proof inverter air conditioner uses a compressor motor that is powered by the IPM module, so the AC voltage cannot be directly provided to the compressor, otherwise the inverter compressor may be damaged.
